These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User" or "Player") and ri188 (the "Platform", "Service", "We", "Us", or "Our"). By accessing, registering an account, or using any ri188 services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

ri188 operates strict anti-money laundering (AML) policies. You may not use the Platform to launder funds. All deposits must be wagered at least once (1x turnover requirement) before withdrawal. Suspicious transaction patterns may result in account investigation, temporary suspension, or termination. ri188 cooperates with law enforcement authorities in cases of suspected financial crime.
ri188 offers various bonuses and promotions to Users, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback offers, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements (also known as rollover requirements or playthrough requirements). These terms are clearly displayed on the promotion page and must be accepted before claiming any bonus.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must wager 30 times the bonus amount before it converts to withdrawable cash. Wagering contributions vary by game type:

All bonuses have an expiration period, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of issuance. Unused bonuses or bonuses with incomplete wagering requirements will expire at the end of the validity period. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from your Account and cannot be reinstated.
All bets placed on the ri188 Platform are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bet selections, stake amounts, and odds before confirming any wager. ri188 does not accept liability for user errors in bet placement. In cases of obvious technical errors (such as incorrect odds displayed due to system malfunction), ri188 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.
Sports bets are settled based on official results as declared by the relevant governing body (FIFA for football, FIBA for basketball, etc.). If a match is postponed, bets remain valid for 48 hours; if the match is not completed within that timeframe, bets are voided and stakes refunded. For live betting, odds are updated in real-time based on match flow. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win; if any selection loses, the entire parlay loses.
All casino games (slots, live dealer games, table games) operate on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or live dealer systems. Game rules, payout tables, and RTP (Return to Player) percentages are displayed within each game. Disconnections during gameplay: if you are disconnected during a slot spin or live dealer hand, the game result is still recorded, and any winnings are credited to your Account automatically.

Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control (such as internet service provider outages, cyberattacks, or natural disasters) may result in temporary service disruptions. ri188 is not liable for any losses incurred due to Platform unavailability.
While ri188 makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of odds, results, and other information displayed on the Platform, we cannot guarantee absolute accuracy. In cases where incorrect information leads to erroneous bet settlements, ri188 reserves the right to correct the error and adjust Account balances accordingly.
ri188 integrates third-party services including payment processors (banks and e-wallet providers) and game studios (for slot games and live casino). We are not responsible for the performance, reliability, or security of these third-party services. Disputes with third-party providers should be addressed directly with the provider.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ri188's total liability to any User for any claims arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User into their Account during the 12 months preceding the claim. ri188 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
You may close your ri188 Account at any time by contacting customer support and requesting account closure. Upon closure, you must withdraw all remaining funds (subject to meeting any outstanding wagering requirements). Accounts closed at the User's request may be reopened by contacting customer support, subject to verification.
ri188 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account immediately, without prior notice, if we believe the User has violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the Platform's integrity or other Users. Reasons for suspension include but are not limited to:
If your Account is terminated for violation of these Terms, ri188 reserves the right to confiscate all funds in the Account, including deposits and winnings. If your Account is closed in good standing (either at your request or due to responsible gaming self-exclusion), you will be permitted to withdraw all legitimate funds after completing any required verification processes.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming laws and regulations under which ri188 operates. Where applicable, disputes may also be subject to Indonesian consumer protection laws.
In the event of any dispute arising from your use of ri188 services, you agree to first attempt resolution through our customer support channels. If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant international gaming regulatory authority. The arbitration decision shall be final and binding.
Any claims or disputes must be raised within 30 days of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims raised after this period may not be considered.
ri188 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Users via email or Platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
